Ingredients:  
1 c. Milk
1 c. Chopped onion
1/3 c. flour
2-142 g cans Lobster drained
1.5 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Cayenne pepper
1 1/2 Tbsp chopped Pimento
1/4 c. Ketchup
2 Tbsp Butter
Place in saucepan on low heat. Blend together until smooth consistency.
Add:
5 c. Milk
Stir over heat until slightly thickened and begins to boil. Lower heat.
Stir in:
3/4 c. light Cream
Stir in:
2 Tbsp of Sherry or cooking wine
Heat through but not to a boil!
