1 deep dish pie crust baked and cooled
3 peeled tomatoes cut into small pieces (salt & pepper them)
1 c grated sharp cheese
3/4 c mayonnaise
1 (4oz) jar/can drained sliced mushrooms
1 tsp chopped onion
1 tsp chopped green pepper
crumbled bacon

Directions:
Place tomoatoes on bottom of pie crust. Mix all ingredients and spread over tomatoes. Bake at 350º for about 30 minutes
