Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 eggs beaten light
add 3 tsp sugar
add 1 tsp flour
mix together lightly
add syrup of one can pineapple juice (20oz)
1/2 pint whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
after mixing eggs, sugar, flour and pineapple juice cook very slowly or in a double boiler until it thickens
whip 1/2 pint whipping cream and add to above mixture after it cools

*Do not put the entire prepared mixture on the fruit. It makes way too much so I start with about 1/2 and add as needed.
Or pour dressing in a bowl and put in center of fruit tray
