2 eggs
1-8oz can tomato sauce
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 c dry bread crumbs
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 1/2 lbs ground venison
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp spicy brown mustard
2 tbsp vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, beat eggs; add tomato sauce, onions, crumbs, salt and pepper. Add venison meat and mix well.
Press into an ungreased 9x5x3 loaf pan.
Combine brown sugar, mustard & vinegar then pour over meatloaf.
Bake @ 350º for 70 mins
