1/2 c butter
1/2 c shortening
3/4 c packed brown sugar
1/2 c white sugar

2 eggs beaten
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/2 c all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 c macadamia nuts
1 c white chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter, shortening, brown sugar and white sugar until smooth.
Beat 2 eggs one at a time then stir in 1 tsp vanilla extract.
Combine dry mixture and gradually stir into creamed mixture.
Mix in the nuts and white chocolate chips

Drop dough by tablespoon fulls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 10 mins or until golden brown @ 350º
