"A man who was fond of wine was offered some grapes at dessert after dinner. "Much obliged," said he, pushing the plate aside; "I am not accustomed to take my wine in pills."--Jean Antheleme Brillat-Savarin, The Physiology of Taste

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3-5 frozen bread loaves
egg - beaten
shredded cheese
grated cheese
garlic powder
chopped parsley
Lots of pepperoni

Directions:
Directions:
Start with frozen bread dough (look in grocery aisle where pie crust are)
Place each loaf in a separate zip lock bag sealed overnight in fridge or about 5 hours on the counter to thaw.
When no longer frozen spray the counter top or cookie sheet with Pam spray.
Beat 1 egg slightly.
Spread half the egg on the spread out dough staying away from the edges.
Sprinkle grated cheese on top of egg then sprinkle garlic powder & parsley
Now cover the dough with slices of pepperoni (remember keep edges of dough clear)
Top the pepperoni with shredded cheese - use whatever kind you like but stay away from American & muenster - they melt too fast and turn to mush!
Now roll the dough long ways as tight as you can ( it takes practice) If it isn't tight it will have an air pocket in the middle when you slice it.
After you roll it as tight as possible place the seam side down on cookie sheet so it seals when baked.
Tuck the outside edges under
Brush top of loaf with a little egg and sprinkle with sesame or poppy seeds if you like.
Bake @ 375º for 25 minutes

Allow to cool and slice
