Ingredients:  
6 eggs, beaten 1 pkg. Stove Top Stuffing
1/2 c. butter, melted 1 c. Parmesan cheese
2 pkg. spinach, defrosted 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Squeeze spinach dry and then add into remaining ingredients. Use a small scoop and make into balls. Place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 12-15 minutes. Remove immediately so they don't stick. Serve with any of the meatball sauces I have in this cook book.
