2 lbs. of Med. Size Shrimp cleaned and devined
tails can be left on or 3 Lobster tails Cooked and
roughly chopped into 1 inch pieces.
1/2 C crushed tomatoes
1/3 C half and half cream
4 cloves of garlic minced
2 shallots cut into rings
1/4 C olive oil/canola oil
2 TBS. butter melted into the oil
2 TBS. sundried tomatoes in oil (use the oil you get
when spooning out tomatoes (chop coarsely)
1/2 fresh parsley
l lb. angel hair pasta
Dash of dried oregano

Directions:

In a large heavy skillet saute shallots, garlic (do not burn) tomatoes and sundried tomatoes. Cook just until lightly brown. Add shrimp and/or lobster or both (to make 2 lbs.)

Cook until shrimp is pink (lobster meat already cooked).

Cook angel hair pasta until al dente. Drain.

Place in large pasta bowl and add shrimp/lobster sauce and parsley toss. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve immediately. Great with garlic bread.

You can substitute with scallops or mussels, or cherrystone clams or add them all, just increase the ingredients by 2.
