Ingredients: 2 lbs. of Med. Size Shrimp cleaned and devined tails can be left on or 3 Lobster tails Cooked and roughly chopped into 1 inch pieces. 1/2 C crushed tomatoes 1/3 C half and half cream 4 cloves of garlic minced 2 shallots cut into rings 1/4 C olive oil/canola oil 2 TBS. butter melted into the oil 2 TBS. sundried tomatoes in oil (use the oil you get when spooning out tomatoes (chop coarsely) 1/2 fresh parsley l lb. angel hair pasta Dash of dried oregano

Directions:In a large heavy skillet saute shallots, garlic (do not burn) tomatoes and sundried tomatoes. Cook just until lightly brown. Add shrimp and/or lobster or both (to make 2 lbs.)
Cook until shrimp is pink (lobster meat already cooked).
Cook angel hair pasta until al dente. Drain.
Place in large pasta bowl and add shrimp/lobster sauce and parsley toss. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve immediately. Great with garlic bread. |

Notes: You can substitute with scallops or mussels, or cherrystone clams or add them all, just increase the ingredients by 2.
