3 slices bacon, crisp and crumbled
32 oz whole kernel corn, drained
4 oz shredded Swiss cheese
1 egg
1 can evaporated milk
1 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp pepper
1 1/2 tsp flour
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1 Tbsp melted oleo
dash of paprika

Directions:
Directions:
In baking dish, combine bacon,corn and cheese. Blend in egg, milk, onion powder pepper and flour. Top with bread crumbs, blended with oleo. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover with plastic wrap.
In microwave cook 12 min on medium let stand 5 min before serving.
May use cheddar cheese for Swiss.
