White sauce:
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. butter
1/3 cup milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
pepper to taste
1/2 tbsp. grated onion
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups grated Swiss cheese

Topping:
1/2 cup butter
1/3 cup crushed corn flakes (mixed together)

Pour 2 cans green beans well drained in a casserole dish; pour the white sauce over all and sprinkle with crushed corn flakes and margarine mixture bake at 400º F for 20-25 minutes.

This recipe was given to Grandma Clara Ready by her sister-in-law Mary Ann (she was Grandpa Michael Ready's sister). It sounds really good and different from the other green bean casserole.
