1 tbsp. butter
6 oz. fresh pea pods
1 can sliced water chestnuts
2 cups fresh slice mushrooms
1/3 cup chopped green onions

Sauce:
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp. sugar
dash garlic powder
1/4 cup cashews

Directions:
Directions:
Heat skillet and stir fry quickly on high heat for about 3 minutes all listed ingredients.

Sauce:
Mix together soy sauce, cornstarch, sugar, garlic powder and cashews and cook for 2 1/2 minutes on high stirring constantly.
