Crust:
22 vanilla/chocolate sided cookies
5 T butter



Filling:
3 8 ounce cream cheese
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs
1 T vanilla
2 T rum or extract
2 Snickers bars chopped



Topping:
½ C brown sugar
½ C heavy cream



2 additional Snickers bars, chopped
½ C chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Press crust in bottom of springform pan. Mix all filling ingredients but Snickers until smooth then add the Snickers. Bake at 325 degrees for 60 minutes or until the cheesecake is nearly firm. Bring topping ingredients to a boil in a small saucepan and continue gently boiling for 1 minute. Over cooled cheesecake, sprinkle chopped Snickers and pecans. Pour sauce over all.
