2 C (about 24) finely crushed Oreos
6 T butter or margarine, softened


Filling:
2 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
½ C sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 - 6 ounce package of toffee chips


Topping:
1 - 6 ounce package semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 T. solid shortening
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, combine crust ingredients, mixing well. Press firmly on bottom of 9/13 pan. In large mixing bowl, combine filling ingredients except toffee chips. Beat at medium speed until smooth. Add toffee chips mixing just until combined. Spread over crust. Bake 33-38 minutes or until edges begin to brown. Cool 30 minutes. Melt topping ingredients and stir until smooth. Spread over bars. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Store refrigerated. Makes 30.
