Medium sized jajapenos (20)
Japaleno coooker stand with 1 to 1.5 in. holes
Cream Cheese
Mozzarella, or Cheddar Cheese or mixture of both
Hidden Valley Ranch Powder
Bacon
Toothpicks

Directions:
Directions:
Clean jalapeños very well, soak in cold water for 10 minutes, rinse.
Microwave cream cheese for 30 seconds or until soft, add you choice of cheese, sprinkle 2 tbsp powder and mix well.
Stuff jalapeños with cheese/ranch mixture.
Cover top with bacon placing toothpick through bacon on both sides of jalapeños. Poke whole in bottom of jalapeños with toothpick to keep mixture from boiling out of jalapeños.
Place in oven at 400º for approximately 45 minutes or until bacon is crispy and tan.
