1 Rotisserie Chicken pulled apart or 3 cups chicken cooked and cut up
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can Rottel tomatoes
1 can diced green chilies
1 can chili con carne (no beans)
1 1/2 cups sliced black olives
6 white corn tortillas sliced into 2 inch strips
2 - 3 cups grated cheese (I used cheddar/jack mix, use more or less to taste)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Spray 9x13 inch dish with cooking spray. Mix first 5 ingredients together. Starting with tortilla strips layer the dish as follows: tortillas, chicken mix, cheese, olives. Top layer should be cheese and olives to garnish. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes (until cheese is melted).

This recipe is from my niece, Penni. She made it for all of us at her place for a family get together and we all loved it. It is really yummy and easy to make!!!
