2 sticks margarine
1 cup water
4 tbsp. cocoa powder
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda

Frosting:
1 stick margarine
4 tbsp. cocoa powder
6 tbsp. sour cream
1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

Cake: In a saucepan, bring margarine, water, and cocoa powder to a boil. Remove from heat and pour into a lg. bowl. With an electric mixer, beat in flour, sugar, salt, eggs, sour cream, and baking soda. Pour batter into a greased jelly roll pan. Bake in a 375ºF oven for 20-25 minutes. Leave cake in pan and frost while still warm. Frosting: In a saucepan, heat margarine, cocoa powder, and milk just until boiling. Remove from heat and with an electric mixer, beat in sugar and vanilla. Frost warm cake.
