1 Box German Chocolate Cake Mix
1 jar caramel topping
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 lg. tub Cool Whip
4-5 Heath candy bars, crushed (or 1 bag Heath Bits)

Directions:
Prepare cake according to box directions in a 9x12 pan. When done, poke holes with straw. Pour sweetened condensed milk over cake. Pour caramel over that. Spread Cool Whip over the top. Sprinkle with Heath Bars.
