Ingredients:
In a mixing bowl, stir together:
5 cups all purpose flour (I've used organic whole wheat and it works well too)
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt

Cut into flour mixture until pea sized crumbs form:
1 lb. lard

Stir together in a measuring cup:
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 eggs
Enough water to make 1 cup of liquid

Add liquid to flour-lard mixture. Toss together with fork until dough comes together. Separate into 6 - 8 equal sized balls.

Prior to rolling into pie shells, chill in the fridge for about 1 hour.

Individual portions can be wrapped in Saran and frozen for later use.
