1 Qt. Sliced cucumbers
5 Large Onions sliced
2 Red sweet peppers, cut fine
4 tsp. Dry mustard seed
1 tsp. Dry mustard
2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Turmeric
3 C. Sugar
3 C. Vinegar (reduced)

Cook 10 minutes (or until nicely colored with turmeric) and can.
