4 c potatoes, diced unpeeled red
1/2 stick margarine melted
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
2/3 bottle Ranch dressing
3 slices bacon fried & crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425º. Dip potatoes in melted margarine and place on cookie sheet. Season with garlic powder, seasoned salt, parsley flakes and pepper. Bake 35-40 min. Spread a thin layer of Ranch dressing in the bottom of a 9/13 pan and partially baked potatoes, top with more Ranch dressing, shredded cheese and bacon crumbs. Heat in oven for 10 min.
