1 box Duncan Hines white cake mix
1 cup Crisco oil
1 8oz sour cream
1 can Eagle Brand milk
3 egg whites

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well and bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Frost with Icing recipe below.
Icing:
1 8 oz cream cheese
2 Tbsp butter, melted
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
coconut
Mix cream cheese, butter, sugar and vanilla together. Spread over cake. Sprinkle top with coconut.
