Blend together:
2 c flour
1/4 c sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1\2 tsp. salt
In another bowl:
Beat 1 egg and add 1/2 c milk, and 1/2 c HEAVY cream.

Directions:

Gradually add wet mixture to dry until well blended.

Drop dollops of dough onto a cookie sheet* lighty sprayed with Pam (or likeness) and bake on high heat (425'ish) for 10 - 12 minutes.

* Or, you can roll dough out on a heavily floured surface to about 1/2 an inch high and cut them with a cookie cutter before placing them on the cookie sheet.
