1 10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach
2 T butter
1 1/2 T all-purpose flour
1/2 c heavy cream
1/4 t salt
dash of black pepper, nutmeg, and cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spinach, following package directions. Drain and squeeze out all liquid from spinach. Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat. Add flour to melted butter and stir until smooth. Add cream and heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until sauce thickens. Stir constantly so that sauce does not burn. Add spinach, salt, pepper, nutmeg and cayenne pepper. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring often. Serve hot.
