1 prepared Devil's Food Cake
5 T Flour
1 C Milk
1 C Sugar
1/2 C Crisco
1/2 C Margarine
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Cook flour and milk over medium heat until thick, stirring often. Cool completely. In a separate bowl combine remaining ingredients. Beat the two mixtures together for 5 minutes. Using a piece of thread or a long serrated knife, slice through cake lengthwise. Place filling between layers and frost cake with chocolate frosting. Keep refrigerated.
