1 pkg Lemon Cake Mix (with pudding in the mix)
2 1/4 C Cool Whip, thawed
1 Egg, beaten
1/2 C Powdered Sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Blend all ingredients except powdered sugar. Chill for one hour. Drop walnut sized drops of dough into powdered sugar and coat the dough. Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake 350º until lightly browned, 10-12 minutes.
