1 C milk
1/2 C unsalted butter
1-1/2 tsp grated orange peel
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 large eggs
2 C all-purpose flour
3/4 C s sugar
2-1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
1-1/3 C blueberries

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º.
Line 12 muffin cups with paper liners.
Combine first 4 ingredients in heavy small saucepan. Stir over medium heat until butter melts. Cool until mixture is warm to touch. Beat in eggs.
Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt into large bowl. Add milk mixture and stir just until blended. Fold in blueberries. Divide batter among prepared cups. Bake until golden and tester inserted into center of muffins comes out clean, about 20 minutes.
Transfer to racks and cool
