1 pkg fresh spinach
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 pint strawberries
1 red small onion
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp garlix powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dill weed
1/4 tsp dry mustard

Wash spinach leaves well and pat dry. Tear into pieces in large bowl. Wash and hull strawberries, slice into spinach. Thinly slice red onion into salad. Toast sesame seeds (watch closely, they burn easily 3-5 mins in 350 degree oven until light brown). Cover and refrigerate salad until ready to serve. Dressing: Combine remaining ingredients in jar and shake well. Pour over greens and toss just before serving. Spinach will wilt if dressing added too early.
