1/4 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. apricot nectar
2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 tsp. cinnamon
dash nutmeg
4 or 5 sweet potatoes cooked and halved and cut into slices

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in sauce pan. Add sugar, nectar, lemon peel and spices. Heat to boiling and boil gently for a few minutes.

Arrange potatoes in a greased casserole dish, pour sauce over potatoes and back in 350º oven 30 minutes or until potatoes are done.
