2 oz instant coffee
1 1/4 quarts hot water
2 lb sugar
1 quart hot water
1 1/2 oz pure vanilla
1 Fifth 190 proof alcohol

Directions:
Dissolve instant coffee in 1 1/4 quart of hot water. Dissolve the sugar in 1 quart hot water. Mix the two together and add the vanilla. Let cool. Add the Fifth of alcohol and age for two weeks.
