Chocolate Buttercream Frosting:

3 3/4 cups Confectioner's Sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
4 tbsp. cocoa
3-4 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
In a large bowl combine confectioner's sugar, cocoa, butter, milk and vanilla. Beat at medium speed 1-2 minutes until creamy. Add more milk until frosting is at spreading consistency. Spread over brownies.

I took these to work one day but several ladies were on a diet. At first they resisted but then the temptation grew too great. After giving in and eating one of these brownies they gave me the highest compliment. They promptly dubbed them, "Treadmill Worthy Brownies." True story!
