1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/ 2 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup cooking oil
2 - 4 tablespoons soy sauce
1 TBsp vinegar
1 TBsp white sugar
1 tsp salt, pepper
Seasoning from pkg. of Ichiban noodles
4 cups shredded cabbage
1/2 cup green onions
1 tin drained mushrooms
1 pkg chow mein noodles
1 pkg. Ichiban noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Toast seeds and nuts in oven and set aside.

Make dressing with the next 6 ingredients.

Add green onions and mushrooms to the cabbage.

Add dressing to the cabbage mixture a little before serving.

Just before serving add the seeds, nuts, crushed Ichiban noodles and chow mien noodles.
