1 pkg Country Style Pork Ribs
1 can Ginger Ale
1 Apple
1/4 cup Dark Corn Syrup
Stubb's Rosemary-Ginger Spice Rub
Brown Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ginger ale and corn syrup in baking pan. Peel and core apple, then thinly slice. Place half of apple slices in pan.

Rub pork with plenty of Stubb's Spice Rub (or if no Stubb's try combination of brown sugar, garlic salt, and lots of ginger).

Place pork in baking pan. Cover with remaining apple slices and sprinkle brown sugar over all.

Bake uncovered at 350º for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, until pork is fork tender. (After 1 hour, turn pork over and sprinkle with more brown sugar.)
