1 Box Duncan Hines Strawberry Cake Mix
4 eggs
1 12-oz can of limeade
¼ cup tequila
1/3 cup oil
20-24 ounces frozen, sliced strawberries, defrosted
16 ounces Cool Whip
Large package of vanilla pudding
1 cup milk
1 pound Fresh strawberries

Directions:
Directions:
1) Mix cake, eggs, strawberry-limeade juice*, tequila and oil according to directions on box and put in 10x14 pan.
2) Bake at 350ºF until done (about 35 minutes or until it bounces back when touched). Let cool completely on rack. Punch all over with holes using a knitting needle or spoon handle.
3) Pour remaining limeade/strawberry juice mixed with defrosted strawberries over cake. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
4) Before serving, mix 1 cup of milk with vanilla pudding and then blend into Cool Whip. Spread on cake and decorate with fresh strawberries sliced in half. Store in refrigerator. If it lasts, it just gets better.
*Pour defrosted limeade over defrosted strawberries through sieve. Use 1 c strawberry-limeade juice to make cake and mix remaining juice in with defrosted strawberries.
