6 medium apples
1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
3/4 cup rolled oats
3 tbsp toasted wheat germ
3 tbsp light brown sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp canola oil
1 tbsp unsalted butter cut into small pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Coat a 12 x 8" baking dish with no stick spray.

Cut apples into thin slices. Place apples and apple sauce in baking dish. Toss to coat and spread evenly.

In a small bowl, mix oats, wheat germ, brown sugar, cinnamon. Drizzle with oil. Add butter. Mix with fingers to work oil and butter into the dry ingredients. Sprinkle dry mixture evenly over apples.

Bake for 30-35 minutes or until topping is golden and apples are bubbling.
