1 Stick margarine
1 C. Flour
3/4 C. Nuts
8 oz. Cream cheese
1 C. 10x sugar
1 1/2 C. Cool whip
2 pkgs. Instant chocolate pudding
3 C. Milk
Cool whip
Chopped, nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Press the first three ingredients into a 10x13 pan and bake for 10 minutes at 350.

Spread the cream cheese mixture on top of the cooled crust. Spread the pudding on top.
Frost with the remainder of the Cool Whip and nuts
