Giada's Pesto
2 c. packed basil
1/4 c. tasted pine nuts
1 garlic clove
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2/3 c. Extra Virgin Olive oil
1/2 c. grated Parmesan
pinch sugar
lemon juice (to taste)

Food process all together.

To make the Pesto Pasta Chicken
1. Bake chicken breasts in oven, seasoned with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
2. After cooking, cut into bit size pieces
3. Make pasta - shells work best because it holds the pesto better.
4. In a large frying pan - heat with olive oil, put in chicken bites, pesto (as much as you like) and a jar of julienne cut sundried tomatoes, including the oil.
5. Warm together and mix with hot pasta.
