2 pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dip mix
1 small can black olives, sliced or chopped
1 red pepper, finely chopped
20 or so jalapeņo slices, finely chopped
1 T. or more of jalapeņo juice
1 c. shredded cheese, cheddar or mozzarella
1 small can niblet corn

Mix together and chill. Serve with crackers.
