1 lbs. ground beef
1 can Roast Beef - do not drain
1 can Green Chiles
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Enchilada Sauce (mild)
8 oz. cheddar or Colby cheese grated
1 package corn tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Brown ground beef and drain.

Turn off heat and add to the meat green chiles and roast beef. Fork the beef to separate it. Blend well.

In a 2 quart casserole dish, layer as follows: corn tortillas (2 per layer), meat mixture, soup, enchilada sauce, cheese. Repeat until meat mixture etc. is gone.

Bake for 30 mintues.Serve with salsa, sour cream and chips
