12 hard boiled eggs peeled and cut in half
1/2 c. Mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1 small grated onion
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. sweet pickle relish
2 tsp. prepared mustard
chopped parsley and paprika for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Hard boil eggs. Slice eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks.

Put yolks in food processor and chop until fine. Add mayonnaise, sour cream, grated onion, salt, pickle relish and mustard and mix well.

Fill egg whites with egg mixture and place in a deviled egg dish. Garnish with paprika and chopped parsley
