1 box frozen chopped spinach
16 oz Sour Cream
1 c. Mayonnaise
1 package Mrs. Knorr's Vegetable Soup Mix
1 round loaf Dark Rye Bread
1 box Fancy Crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw frozen spinach and drain water.

Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and sup mix together.

Hollow out the center of a round loaf of dark rye bread. Tear center piece into bite size pieces and place around the loaf on a platter.

Put sour cream mixture in the center of the load and chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.

Serve with additional fancy crackers.
