4 large boneless and skinless chicken breasts
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onions
1 chopped apple
1/2 cup chopped pecans
4 cups mayonnaise
4 tablespoons mustard
1/2 cup sweet relish
1 tablespoon sugar (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil or bake chicken breasts until well done. Mix all ingredients until salad is moist with desired consistency. Add salt and pepper (or Morton's season-all)to taste. You can add a little sugar if desired.

The amounts recommended are approximate. Mix the ingredients to your desired consistency. If you boil the chicken, you can place the seasoning in the water. If you bake the chicken, you can season the chicken before baking.
