1 1/2 cups chocolate soy milk
2 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 1/4 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup non-dairy chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a medium saucepan, combine soymilk, cornstarch, brown sugar, vanilla, and salt with a whisk.

2. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil and thickens.

3. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips.

4. Keeping stirring until the chocolate chips have melted into the pudding.

5. Cool for 5 minutes and then pour into serving bowls.
