Ingredients:  
2 lbs. beef steak , cut into 1/2"cubes
1 onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
2 T. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp thyme
1 bay leaf
1 can tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Place beef cubes, onion and garlic in slow cooker. Stir in flout until meat is cooked. Add remaining ingredients except for sour cream. Stir well. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hrs. Stir in sour cream 30 minutes before serving. Serve over hot buttered noodles.
