2 - 5 or 6oz. white fish fillets
2-tablespoon Butter
Parmesan Cheese
Salt and pepper
Onion

Directions:
Directions:
Spray pan, put fish in pan, salt and pepper lightly. Melt butter add parmesan cheese to butter to make a soft paste, spread this over fish and chop onion on top. bake 350 degrees for 25 -30 minutes.

I like to use Swi fillets but good on any white fish.
