1 pound Ground Beef
2 cans Italian Style Stewed Tomatoes
2 cups Water
1 cup Diced Onion
1 cup Diced Celery
12 oz Elbow Macaroni
8 oz package shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Using medium sized pot: cook hamburger, celery and onion together until celery and onion are soft.
In the meantime, open stewed tomatoes and cut into smaller pieces. When hamburger is cooked thoroughly, add stewed tomatoes and 2 cups of water.Simmer on high for 20 minutes Lower heat to low setting and add the raw elbow macaroni. Cover and cook until macaroni is soft. Remove from heat and sprinkle cheese on top and recover. Let sit until cheese is melted, then enjoy.

Can also add dried basil and oregano when simmering for added Italian flavor.Cheese other than mozzarella can be substituted.
