Ingredients:
Ingredients:
10 lb. white potatoes
5 cups of ham (leftovers are great for this)
1 lb. low fat margarine
2 large onions, chopped
2 cups nonfat milk
4 cans Campbell's® Condensed Golden Mushroom Soup or golden mushroom soup
1 ten ounce frozen package of peas

Directions:
Directions:
Clean, peel and chop potatoes into bite size pieces into a large casserole dish
pour the four cups of ham into the potatoes and mix
Add the chopped onions, and then dot with margarine. Mix so that the margarine is throughout the mix. Pour all four cans of mushroom soup in the mix, and then pour one of the two cups of milk. Mix really well. If the sauce still seems very thick, then add a little more milk and mix some more.
Bake in the oven for one hour at 350º or until the tips of the potatoes are turning brown and they are fork soft. Add peas and mix, and then back into the oven for 10 minutes. Serve with bread and butter and dessert.
