8 c. french bread cubes
1 c. coarse cracker crumbs
1 tsp. sage
3 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 beaten eggs
1/4 c. snipped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Combine bread cubes, crackers and sage. Cook onion and celery in butter until tender; pour over bread mixture. Add soup, eggs and parsley. Toss lightly to mix. Makes about 6 cups or enough stuffing to stuff a six to eight pound ready-to-cook turkey or two 3-4 pound chickens.
