1 package honeysuckle white turkey breast
1/2 c. four
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. marsala wine, divided
1/4 c. chicken broth
16 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Combine salt, pepper, garlic powder and flour. Dredge turkey in mixture. In large frying pan, quickly brown turkey in melted butter, turning once. Add 1/4 c. marsala wine. Cook on high for 1 minute. Remove turkey from pan and keep warm. Pour remaining wine and chicken broth into pan. Scrape loose all the brown particles and bring to a boil. Add mushrooms and boil for 1-2 minutes. Pour over scallopini. Serve over angel hair pasta.
