Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Tenderized deer steak
Zesty Italian dressing
1 (12 oz.) pkg. premium peppered bacon
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1/4 cup diced jalapeño peppers (adjust according to taste)
Tony’s Creole seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Soak thinly sliced meat (1/4 to 3/8" thick) overnight in Italian dressing.

Blend cream cheese and jalapeño together to a thickness like peanut butter.

Lay a slice of bacon and spread a thin layer of cream cheese/jalapeño mixture on slice. Next add a single layer of meat on top of cream cheese mixture and season to your taste with Tony’s seasonings.

Roll bacon, cream cheese mixture and meat into a roll and secure with two toothpicks. Add additional Tony’s seasoning to complete rollups or use additional marinade, if desired.

Repeat with each slice.

Cook each roll up on a hot grill, as if cooking a steak. When meat is done, slice each roll up in half and serve hot as an appetizer. If you don't have deer meat, any type of thinly sliced steak will do.
