4-5 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
2 cans cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter, melted
poppy seed

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken and let cool. Pull chicken apart. Mix soup and sour cream together. Put chicken in soup mixture, mix well. Put into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Crush crackers and sprinkle on top. Melt butter and pour on top. Sprinkle with poppy seed. Bake in 350 degrees oven until mixture is bubbly. Best if you make the chicken mixture the day before. Keep refrigerated till ready to cook. Add the Ritz crackers, butter and poppy seed just before baking.
